Doelstelling

If we don't change our consumption behaviour now, the oceans will contain more plastic than fish by 2050. Sea Shepherd wants to wake up the Dutch consumer to prevent this.

Doelgroep

All Dutch people who love fish.

Concept

Instead of telling people to eat less fish, we visually confront them with what's left when the fish runs out: plastic. We work together with art students who hand-recreate 'fish' from fished fishing nets.

Media- en middelenstrategie

We exhibit the plastic 'fish' with an Old Dutch Herring Cart at Het Spui in Amsterdam. To reach people outside of Amsterdam, we have released a film that depicts the imaginary journey of the 'fish' from the ocean to the Haringkar.
